Rules & Regulations

*Check in time is 3:00 p.m.

* Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

* All visitors must be off premises by 11:00 p.m.

* Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit, which will be enforced.

* Vehicles are to remain on the driveways & parking at all times.

* Guest are asked to leave the cabins in the same condition in which they were found upon arrival.

* Registered guests must be at least 21 years old.

* Absolutely no public display of alcoholic beverages.

* NO FIREARMS!!   NO FIREARMS!!    NO ATV"s!!

* An adult must supervise children and pets at all times.

* We do have a pond on site, so please don't leave children unattended.

* If you have young children with you, please be aware that our cabins are not child proof.

* Please don't flush food, Kleenex or sanitary products or etc. down the toilets.

* No smoking in cabins, we ask that you smoke outside where there are ash cans provided.

* Please remember that a carelessly discarded cigarette could cause a MAJOR fire.

* Violation of any of the rules will be grounds for immediate eviction.

Cleaning Policy

* There is a one time $20 charge for cleaning each cabin for the entire reservation.

* A complete inventory of the cabin is made after each rental period and the renter is

responsible for any items missing, damaged, or in need of professional cleaning.

* If any dishes, silverware, pictures, furniture, utilities, towels & linens, etc.

are missing when you check out, the amount will be charged to your credit card.

* Before leaving, please wash and put away all dishes and cookware.

* Bag & dispose of your trash in the provided dumpster before your departure.

* Replace any furnishings you may have moved back to their original positions.

* In the cleaning closet, there are cleaning supplies including a broom and dustpan for your comfort.
